The return of the Flower! Guy Lafleur laced up the skates and returned to play 67 regular season games and 4 playoff matches with the New York Rangers in 1988-89. This home white mesh CCM Gerry Cosby has the maker's tag up in the neck with no size label. Properly crested and numbered (#44, his pre-season number) with "Lafleur" spelled out on the back mesh nameplate. The jersey was worn by Lafleur during the 1988-89 pre-season, making it one of the first Rangers jerseys he wore. Displays light to medium game use with numerous stick marks and slashes, material pulls, areas of board paint transfer and interior pilling. Nicely autographed on front by Guy in blue marker with a personalization "To Sal". Will come with three letters of authenticity including one from Byron's Hockeyland.
