The fantastic Showdown TV challenges of the mid- to late-1970s featured NHL All-Stars competing in pre-taped penalty shot competitions and mini-games that were broadcast during intermission between periods on Hockey Night in Canada. Offered is HOFer Lanny McDonald's Showdown game-worn jersey, a light black, white and yellow mesh affair with no remaining tagging that measures out to about a size 50. "Showdown/Confrontation" crest sewn on the front has a light stain. The number "7" Lanny wore with the Maple Leafs is heat-pressed in white vinyl on the back, and his surname is spelled out in heat screened vinyl letters on a sewn-on knit nameplate. Comes with Lanny McDonald's signed LOA. Wear shows in black marks on the front and back tails and light board burns on the sleeves.
