Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
Two 2000s Portland Pirate AHL game-used jerseys are offered here, beginning with number 24 Ken Huskins, who skated for the Pirates during the 2005-06 and 2006-07 campaigns. This gamer has size 58 sewn in the collar, along with a "Reebok AHL" tag. On the breast is sewn a "GPM Credit Union" patch, with "Reebok" and "AHL" patches sewn on the hem. Marks are scattered throughout the front and sleeves, as well as two unrepaired holes in the front as well. A couple of small unrepaired holes are noticeable on the back as well. And although Shawn Mamane never played a regular-season game with the Pirates, we can only speculate that the left winger suited up for practices in pre-season training camp. This white practice jersey with Mamane's nameplate sewn on the back, displays fine practice use, with marks scattered throughout. A good-sized hole and a smaller tear remain unrepaired on the left sleeve. Stains are noticeable on the right front shoulder as well. The collar tag reads a size 56 with an "SP" patch also sewn in the collar. An "American Hockey League" patch is sewn on the hem.
