Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
Jeremy Roenick is more than just a funny guy who never met a camera or microphone he didn't like. He was also a slick and talented hockey player who tallied a solid 1363 regular season games in the bigs over 18 seasons. Offered is Roenick's 1995-96 Chicago Black Hawks game-worn jersey, from a year the flashy forward netted 32 goals and 35 assists over 66 games. Tagged in the collar as "CCM size 56", this gamer features a ton of team repairs totalling about 25 in all, scattered throughout, especially on both sleeves. Some solid marks are evident as well, particularly on the sleeve numbers, and it's on the right sleeve that we photo-matched the blue and black marks on his number "27". A handwritten "96" is on the back of the "NHL" shield on the hem, and a Sports Registry code sticker is above the fight strap. Included with this Roenick gamer is a Roenick Upper Deck hockey card from '96-'97 which shows him wearing the jersey we offer here, with the tell-tale marks on the sleeve number.
