Don Cherry might do well to endorse this Bruins work ethic, evidenced by a faint hairline crack running from the centre forehead that becomes more noticeable en route to the neckline. This veteran has logged a lot of TOI since first introduced in 1962 as part of the Tex Coulter Intermediate High Skates series. It sports a pair of ½” cracks, one from the right ear to the neckline, and one at the back of the head, just behind the left ear. Brown paint dripped from the left glove onto the stick to create a pinkish-red dot. A crack runs diagonally across the base from the left skate blade to the centre of the back base, where a chip covers the left side join. A pinhead size chip on the left cheek passes for a freckle. “JAPAN” sticker on the bottom.
