The Calder Cup Final ended on May 30, 1993 with the Cape Breton Oilers defeating the Rochester Americans four games to one to win the first Calder Cup in team history. This impressive championship ring was awarded to Oilers' forward Bill McDougall who also won the AHL's Jack Butterfield trophy that year as the playoff MVP. Bill set the record for most points in a playoff run with an astonishing 52 points! The hefty gold ring sports the team's logo at the top in gold, floating in a black stone. "Calder Cup Champions" encircles the table. One shank displays the AHL emblem with a large "1993" and the opposing side has Bill's surname and player number with a gold and enamel Oilers logo. Marked 10K inside the band with the Jostens stamping. In excellent condition, showing some wear. Size 11. Comes with a jeweler's appraisal listing the diamond at .03 carats with a valuation of $4200.
