Historical Hockey Memorabilia Winter 2012

The Big M used this Victoriaville gamer during the early 1970s when he rejuvenated his HOF career with a pair of Stanley Cup wins in Montreal. The Habs' red, white and blue colors are evoked on the tape band on this beauty of a Frank Mahovlich game-used stick featuring his well-worn white tape knob. The "7" in Frank's No. 27 shows below the tape with "F Mahovlich" stamped below it. Solid gamer, which had Frank's tape removed from the blade, shows nice use with black marks and red paint transfer. It is missing the lower band of color tape and had the Victoriaville logos shaved off the sides of the shaft.
