After completing his 15th NHL season, which saw him move into second place on both the all-time assist and point lists, Marcel Dionne was asked to represent his country at the World Championships. Like in 1983, Marcel captained Team Canada and again helped lead the squad to a bronze medal. Teammates this time included Taylor, Potvin, Hrudey, Hawerchuk, Andreychuk and Muller. All received medals like this one. It features two generic hockey players on the front encircled by "World Championships" while the reverse includes crossed hockey sticks, a globe of the world and the words "International Ice Hockey Federation". Dated "1986" and with a yellow and blue ribbon, the splendid international hockey award is in fantastic near mint condition and will come with a LOA signed by Marcel Dionne.
