Incredible and fascinating collection of Anatoli Tarasov's personal hockey notebooks features the Father of Russian hockey's original handwritten notes, including his impressions of the four Moscow games of the 1972 Summit Series! A number of examples of the late Tarasov's autograph are included here along with the original signatures of Soviet stars such as Mikhailov, Petrov and Ragulin. Tarasov's notes include the 1968 Olympics in Grenoble and world championships in 1969 and 1979, among others. Tarasov’s name is featured on the red cover of a 13” x 9 1/2" book with summer training for 1972 U.S.S.R.-Canada series includes documents signed by Tarasov and others, including players such as: Gusev, Firsov, Kuzkin, Blinov, Mikhailov, Ragulin, Voltchenko, Mishakov and Petrov;
Huge and thick 12x8 notebook kept by Tarasov for the Soviet Union hockey team’s participation in the 1968 Olympic Winter Games in Grenoble also features preparation, scheduling and training for the 1969 season, including the 1969 world championships. This historic Russian hockey document includes a couple of examples of Tarasov’s original signature and is filled with his handwritten notations on its pages and its numerous inserts, including vintage scoresheets and clippings.
