Pony Line legend Bill Mosienko autographed the top of the shaft of his CCM game-used stick which is covered with signatures from his 1949-50 Chicago Black Hawks teammates. Mosienko, who is best known for scoring the fastest hat trick in NHL history, was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1965. Fellow HOFers Doug Bentley, Roy Conacher, Bert Olmstead, Frank Brimsek and Bill Gadsby are among the vintage black marker signatures displayed on the shaft of this wonderfully-preserved, solid and crack-free gamer. Mosienko's black tape jobs are intact on the blade and the knob, which covers the top part of the "Mosienko" stamp with "8" written twice below it. Please see our website description for more information. Moving up the shaft, the stick is signed in bold black marker in turn by Jim Conacher, Bep Guidolin, Gaye Stewart, Ernie Dickens, Roy Conacher, Olmstead, Red Hamill, Brimsek, Doug McCaig, Ralph Nattrass, Bob Goldham, Gus Bodnar and Mosienko. The other side is signed by Bentley as well as what appears to be “Nick Garenovitch”, which is possibly longtime Black Hawks trainer Nick Garen.
