Feisty forward Arron Asham signed in black marker on the left breast of his #45 Montreal Canadiens Game One 2000 game-worn jersey. The Pro Player label sits in the back of the neck along with a size 58 flag tag. True to form, Arron managed to put a lot of wear into this unique single-use gamer with displays black marks on the front tail and through the CH crest. Red paint transfer shows in the upper white band on the left sleeve and more red paint appears on the lower white band on the back of the sleeve, which displays more marks towards the cuff. Other wear includes a small slash/burn mark on the bottom of the right elbow, a few marks higher up the back of the sleeve, and black marks on the right side of the lower white band in the middle of the back and on the side seam beneath the arm.
One-of-a-kind collection features the Montreal Canadiens’ set of game-worn jerseys from the 24-time Stanley Cup champions’ first NHL game of the new millennium against the New York Rangers at the Molson Centre on January 2, 2000. Each Canadiens player has signed his respective single-use Pro Player jersey, all of which feature a special team stamp in the hem with the date of the game and the Rangers and Habs team logos. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, each of these unique gamers with the “NHL 2000” patch on the right breast will come with a letter of authenticity.
