Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Some nice finds to be had in this grab bag of hockey memorabilia featuring games and puzzles. A couple of Radio Shack battery-operated, table-top hockey games come with their original boxes. A large ticket stub from "The Last Hurrah!", the final game at Boston Garden in 1995 is encased in Lucite in the form of a huge ice chip. A 16" tall metal NHL garbage can from the early 1970s features the logos of the 14 teams of the time, including the Original Six, the six expansion teams added in 1967 along with Vancouver and Buffalo, added for the 1970-71 season. A Gretzky All-Star hockey L.A. Kings team pack, seven NHL puzzles, a couple of board games, and some plastic mugs, figurines, pennants and other surprises round out the lot.
