Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Classic navy blue "Honoured Member" blazer featuring the Hockey Hall of Fame's modern logo crest on the left breast was presented to 1982 player inductee Norm Ullman in the 1990s. A two-time NHL All-Star center in the mid-1960s, Norm recorded a total of 16 20-goal seasons during his career with Detroit and Toronto, including 12 in a row from 1957 to 1969. He returned home to Edmonton in 1975 and recorded his 500th career goal while rounding out his 24-year pro career with two final seasons with the WHA's Oilers. Norm retained his athlete's build in retirement as evidenced by his size 40 sports jacket, which remains in excellent condition, with little wear to report. Norm Ullman's signed letter of authenticity accompanies his Hall of Fame sports jacket.
