Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Game-worn IHL Milwaukee Admirals jersey from the 1997-98 season was recycled for defenseman Eric Brule’s use. Longer nameplate was removed and replaced with another made up of three separate pieces with individual blue twill letters spelling out “Brule”, who played three games with the Admirals in his only season in Milwaukee. Kent Paynter wore #3 for the Admirals earlier in the ’97-98 campaign. Game use shows in stick marks on the front and back, as well as both sleeves, which also have board burns and blue paint transfer. Bauer and IHL logos are embroidered onto the right rear tail. “Bauer Authentic” tagging is sewn into the back of the neck along with size 54 and Bauer Pro fly tags below. Red thread stitch at the bottom front of the v-neck collar has come undone.
