Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
A four-inch long vertical team repair on the back of this late 1990s AHL Saint John Flames road jersey stands out among the great wear on this gamer worn by Chris Clark. Chosen by Calgary in the third round of the 1994 draft, Clark spent parts of three seasons with Saint John in the late 1990s and early 2000s and wore the alternate captain’s “A” on his way to an NHL career with the Flames, Capitals and Blue Jackets. Size 54 Bauer tagging remains in the back of the neck and the fight strap is intact, along with SJF patches on both shoulders, a Dodge sponsor patch on the right breast, and AHL patches on the back of the neck and right rear tail. Another 14 sewing fixes include 8 on the left sleeve, 4 on the right, and a pair on the left rear tail of this hammered AHL gamer featuring stick marks all over the front and board burns galore on both sleeves.
