Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
The alternate captain’s “A” is sewn on the left breast of Rem Murray’s game-worn Edmonton Oilers road jersey from the 2000-01 season. Game use shows in stick marks on the Oilers logo sewn on the front, as well as marks on the bottom of the front and back of the jersey and board burns on both elbows. Elite Sportswear team patch sewn inside the rear hem identifies this Murray Oilers gamer as part of “Set #1 00/01”. Elite and size 58 fly tags remain in the neck and the jersey’s fight strap is intact. To note, the red thread stitching has let go on the bottom right corner of the white-navy-and-red triple twill “1” in the #17 sewn on the back. Comes with an LOA on Edmonton Oilers letterhead signed by GM Kevin Lowe.
