Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
The "Roger" patch sewn on the right breast of Mike Fisher's 2003-04 Ottawa Senators game-worn jersey was a tribute to legendary hockey coach Roger Neilson, who died in June 2003 after a long battle with cancer. The size 58 fly tag remains sewn in the neck of Fisher's gamer with an intact fight strap which features a pair of circular team repairs on the right shoulder, two more on the back of the right elbow, along with another team sewing fix on the left shoulder. Some nice game use in the form of stick marks even though Fisher was limited to 24 games that season because of an elbow injury. NHL/MeiGray Group inventory tag is sewn inside the rear hem. Comes with MeiGray LOA.
