Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
German-born Uwe Krupp was the first, and up until now, still remains the sole player of his nationality to ever win a Stanley Cup. He was the tallest player in the league for nearly seven years, towering at 6'6". Krupp wore this gamer during his single year with the Nordiques in 1994-95. The all-sewn-on CCM knit is tagged in the collar by Maska Ultrafil with a size 58 fly tag off to the side. Dozens of lighter stick marks dot the lower front and arms and a few stains and smaller board paint spots add to the mix. These defunct sewn-on Nords jerseys are highly sought-after.
