Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Easton composite stick was used by Team Canada's Brenden Morrow during the 2010 Olympic men's hockey tournament final which saw hockey history made as Sidney Crosby delivered sudden death gold. "Morrow" and his number "10" are printed on the front of the shaft of the Dallas Stars captain's black-and-silver Easton which saw active duty as Canada claimed Olympic gold once again with a thrilling 3-2 overtime win over the United States at Canada Hockey Place on February 28. A small number "4" is written in black marker on the back of the shaft just below Morrow's distinctive black grip tape knob. Morrow's black bulldog tape job on the blade is also intact. Light but clear game wear on this gold medal stick, which is the correct model used by Morrow during the Olympics. Comes with an LOA.
