Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Conclusively-matched game stick used by Chicago Black Hawks superstar Patrick Kane during the final shift in the Gold Medal match-up against the Canadians at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. From an extremely exciting game, watched by millions and decided in overtime, this Bauer Vapor reveals added notations "GM" (gold medal?) and eight small black dots, perhaps signifying the game or shift number. Factory graphics marked on the shaft read "P. Kane, #88" and his player number is marked in black up on the knob tape. Will come with a letter of authenticity and a digital image from the game showing a section of torn tape at the black that matches up to this exact stick.
