Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010

It's always interesting when a rather large group of "Ice Kings" is up for grabs, with 47 different cards here, along with 22 doubles/triples. The key Morenz card is present and presentable with a crease, soiling and a tad of paper loss in the upper left corner region, lowering it to no better than G. Mighty decent crease-free cards that grade VG+ and VG-EX total 16 and include RCs of 8-Siebert, 11-Worters, 14-Burke, 23-Oliver and 40-Primeau, as well as 30-Cook and #s 6, 15, 17, 19, 20, 28, 32, 38, 54. Still not too bad and in the G-VG and VG range are 18 (among them 10-Day, 12-Stewart RC, 16-Horner RC and 22-Bailey RC), while Joliat is G and joined by another dozen in P-F-G shape. A Joliat duplicate is F-G and among the 21 not-noteworthy low grade duplicates. Plenty of break-up potential with these always-popular cards.
