Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/22/2010
Resplendent red road uniform of the Chicago Black Hawks worn by superstar Jeremy Roenick. This example was first worn during the 1992-93 season, evidenced by the outline of where the 100th Anniversary of the Stanley Cup commemorative patch was once displayed up on the right breast. The jersey was then recycled into the 1993-94 regular season and we also see evidence of the removal of the alternate's "A". Jeremy wore the letter off and on during the period. This Maska Ultrafil is tagged in the collar with a size 54 fly tag off to one side. Nice wear here with no less than twenty stitched team repairs and numerous black stick marks and scuffs, especially on the sleeves and lower front. Pilling can be found inside and many of the repairs have material backing. Roenick would tally 50 goals in 1992-93, adding another 46 the following year!
