Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/22/2010
The talent-laden Bobby Orr toiled for four years with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey Association before he made the jump to the NHL's Boston Bruins. Orr was a prolific scorer, even then, averaging two points per game in his final season with the Generals. Offered here is a pair of six-page Toronto Marlboros game programs from 1965-66, each listing Orr in line-up wearing number "2". Brad Park and Brian Glennie will be familiar names that jump out at you from the Marlies roster along with Orr bench mate Wayne Cashman. The programs are in very good to excellent condition overall. Early hockey history here for all Bobby Orr fanatics.
