Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/16/2010
Skating on the right side of the "Legion of Doom" along with John LeClair and Eric Lindros, Swedish forward Mikael Renberg was a member of the NHL's most dominant line of the late-1990s. The NHL 2000 patch sewn onto the right breast identifies this Flyers road jersey as a Renberg gamer from the 1999-2000 season in his second stint with the team. The fight strap and CCM laudry tag on the inner left seam remain, along with the CCM fly tag ? that has 19 written in black marker and has been sewn over at the bottom by orange thread from nameplate stitching ? and size 56 fly tag in the neck. Really nice wear to report with a stick mark on the bottom of the "9" in the No. 19 on the back, a great board burn on the back of the right cuff, stick marks all over the right sleeve and team repairs on the right elbow, and taint transfer and board burns near the left cuff. Comes along with a certificate of authenticity.
