Fascinating pair of "His and Hers" Detroit Red Wings gold rings were presented to Mr. & Mrs. Norm Ullman to commemorate the team's 1957 NHL regular season title. The Detroit Red Wings finished at the top of the heap of the NHL regular season standings in 1956-57 posting a record of 38 wins, 22 losses and 12 draws for a points total of 88, six points higher than second place Montreal. Norm finished with 52 points in 64 games, joining Art Ross winner Gordie Howe and Ted Lindsay, who finished 1-2 in league scoring, to give the Red Wings three Top 10 scorers. From Norm's personal collection, this unique pair of championship rings was presented to him and his wife by the team to mark the Red Wings' eighth league title in nine years. Each of this charming pair of 10K gold rings features the franchise's logo in gold with a diamond set in the middle of the winged wheel. The gold and diamond logo sits on a larger crimson stone on the face of both rings. The shanks of Norm's size 6 1/2 ring are engraved with "NHL '57" and "Champs". The lady's ring is a size 4 1/2 and the interior of each band is stamped "10K". This historic set of championship gold rings comes along with Norm Ullman's signed letter of authenticity.
