What a remarkable addition this would make to your Hockey Hall of Fame autograph collection! Early hockey great Ernie "Moose" Johnson's original signature appears on a first-day-of-issue envelope from the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley, California. Johnson, who was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1952, has signed along a line on the right side of the envelope that is postmarked Olympic Valley, Calif., and dated February 18, 1960. The commemorative International Sports envelope features a cancelled 4-cent VIII Olympic Winter Games U.S. postage stamp and it is displayed beneath a photo of Johnson in his Montreal Wanderers uniform. A retro Wanderers crest is displayed on the white matte mounted within the 17" x 21" plain wood frame that also holds two vintage Johnson Imperial Tobacco hockey cards, both of his cards from the 1910-11 C56 and 1911-12 C55 sets. A production frame for Johnson's Hockey Hall of Fame postcard from the 1980s set is also featured on the bottom of this remarkable Hall of Fame autograph and vintage hockey card display. [red]Addendum; The cards from the 1910-11 C56 and 1911-12 C55 sets have rounded/worn corners, the 1911-12 card has a small stain near Johnson's head and two small tears on the borders, overall in good condition. The 1910-11 is in very good condition. Take note that since these cards are part of a frame any defects on their backs are not visible.[/red]
