This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2008
Following some prolific years in Emonton, star defenceman Paul Coffey took his high level of play to Pittsburgh prior to the ’87-88 season and helped the Penguins to their first ever Stanley Cup title in ’90-91. He then moved on to roam the blueline and dazzle fans with end to end rushes with the Kings, Wings, Hurricanes, Whalers, Hawks and Flyers. This orange airknit Philadelphia Flyers uniform was worn by the Hall-of-Famer while with the team at some point during the 1996-97 or 1997-98 seasons. Tagged in the neck by Nike in size 50 with “77” added in marker. Nice game wear with about 15 marks on the front and another 15-plus marks and slashes on the arms in addition to a handful of board burns and smaller unrepaired holes. Comes with a letter of authenticity from the Meigray Group.
