This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2008
Team Canada edged out Finland in the final game of the 1994 World Championships held in Italy to take the gold medal. This mesh affair by Tackla was worn by defenseman Yves Racine throughout the tourny. Racine saw action in all eight games and posted a one-goal and two-assist effort. Kariya, Shanahan, Sakic and Robitaille led with Canadiens with Ranford getting the nod between the pipes for the lion’s share of the matches. This white jersey sports the Warsteiner patches at each shoulder with the Reebok logo on the chest. All numbers and cresting are sublimated. Nice game wear with numerous black stick marks and scuffs. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Hockey Canada.
