The Jacques Laperriere Auction - Fall 2008
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2008
The son of former NHLer Dave Gagner, Edmonton Oilers center Sam Gagner made his NHL debut as an 18-year-old in 2007-08. He established himself immediately and stuck with the Oilers for the full season, posting 13 goals and 36 assists for 49 points in 79 games. Gagner has autographed the top front of his white Reebok helmet in black sharpie. The helmet features “Oilers” stickers on both sides and Gagner’s No. 89 in black on the back. A silver and black NHL shield logo sticker is on the bottom right of the back of the helmet. The helmet features its original Itech visor. Gagner has not modified the interior padding of the helmet, which also has an Edmonton Oilers inventory number sticker inside that identifies it as Gagner’s game used Reebok helmet from the 2007-08 season. A very unique collectors’ item from one of the NHL’s brightest young stars. [red]Addendum; Comes with LOA from the Edmonton Oilers.[/red]
