This remarkable collection of official NHL pucks have been autographed by some of the Boston Bruins’ early legends. The Spalding puck signed by the 1940-41 Stanley Cup champion Bruins is signed by Brimsek, Schmidt, Clapper, Bauer, Cain, Hill, Dumart, Cowley, Conacher, Jackson, Shewchuck, Crawford, Hollett, Wiseman, Smith and Hammill and a puck from the 1931-32 Bruins has been autographed by Thompson, Hitchman, Barry, Jerwa, Oliver, Clapper, Galbraith, Chapman, Runge and Foster. The 1937-38 team signed puck has autographs from Dumart, Hollett, Getliffe and Portland on its side, while Pettinger, Weiland, Bauer, Jackson, Conacher, Cowley, Sands, Shore, Clapper, Goldsworthy and Schmidt have signed one side of the puck. Shore, Brimsek, Getliffe, Portland, Clapper, Crawford, Hollett, Pettinger, Hill, Sands and Schmidt have signed on the white hockey tape that covers one face and the side of a Spalding puck autographed by the 1938-39 Stanley Cup champion Bruins. This rare collection is an outstanding opportunity for Bruins/Stanley Cup collectors.
