The Jacques Laperriere Auction - Fall 2008
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2008
All the amazing memorabilia exhibits aside, the Great Hall is the primary attraction at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto. Along with the Stanley Cup and the collection of the rest of the NHL’s awards and trophies, the Hall houses a wall of frosted glass panels, one for each honored member. This is the original panel that was presented to Jacques Laperriere in 1993 which is virtually identical to the panel currently on display at the Hall of Fame. There is a tiny chip in the bottom left corner of the front panel, otherwise this remarkable and personal glass plaque is in excellent condition. Laperriere was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1987 after a remarkable career that saw him win six Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens. This incredible and one-of-a-kind keepsake comes along with Jacques Laperriere’s signed letter of authenticity.
