Two old-time Hall of Fame players, Chick Hafey and Leo “Gabby” Hartnett each personally signed these old black and white photographs. Each signature has been PSA/DNA certified, with a small numbered label placed on the corner of the photo. A true old-time legend, Leo Hartnett was born in 1900 and had a Hall of Fame career that lasted 20 years. He finished off his brilliant catching career with 236 home runs with a lifetime batting average of. Chick Hafey, the second part of this dynamic duo, had a brilliant Hall of Fame career as well. He played for the Cardinals and the Reds between 1924 and 1937 before a sinus and eye problem cut his career short. He finished with a lofty .317 lifetime batting average and won two World Series titles with the Cardinals. Hafey also is remembered for his record of stroking 10 base hits in a row. The veterans committee elected him to Cooperstown in 1971 just two years before he passed away. His signature is clear and rates a 5/10. The Hartnett photo has some pencil writing on the reverse while his signature also rates a 5/10.
