Longtime Pittsburgh Pirate fans and baseball fans will surely be excited at this chance to acquire an autograph of baseball legend Pie Traynor. He was born in 1898 and had a brilliant career from 1920 to 1937 that saw him finish with an outstanding .320 lifetime batting average. Pie was the premier third baseman of his era with his clutch hitting and slick fielding. He played his entire career with the Pirates, winning the World Series in 1925. Traynor was selected to the Hall of Fame in 1948 and passed away in 1972 but not before signing this post card, that has been PSA/DNA certified. This autograph is personalized as well as it reads “To Scotty with best regards Pie Traynor”. The signature rates 7/10.
