Three splendid jerseys offered here starting with an autographed 1997 F.P. Santangelo spring training/practice jersey which he neatly signed on his number 7 on the back. The jersey is in excellent shape and features the commemorative Jackie Robinson 50th anniversary patch on the right sleeve and an Expos patch on the left. A Majestic label is both inside the collar and on the tail with the size tag removed. F.P. was a gritty player who had a seven-year big league career. Next jersey is the 1997 spring training/practice shirt of Lee Smith. Also of the Majestic brand, this jersey is size XXL and in excellent condition with the Expos logo on the left sleeve that is slightly sun faded. It has bright red and white tackle-twill lettering and numbers. Lee finished off his brilliant career with 478 saves and played just this one year with Montreal. The third jersey in this lot is from the West Palm Beach Expos from 1994 and has been neatly team signed using a black sharpie! The jersey was donned by minor league player Scott Gentile and includes the autograph of Jose Vidro, who has since become a big league star. Felipe Alou also penned his name on the jersey which includes 20 signatures in all. The jersey itself has a tackle twill all-blue Expos script logo across the chest with the Mitchell & Ness size XL tag sewn on the tail. There is also a West Palm Beach centennial patch sewn on the left sleeve. Scott Gentile was a pitcher for the club and got into 53 games, posting a 5-2 won-loss record. The pinstriped jersey is in excellent condition showing only slight wear.
