Hometown hero Claude Raymond was traded to Montreal from Atlanta during the inaugural first season of the Expos. He wore this tri-colored size 7-1/4 Pro KM cap as he delighted the Jarry Park faithful, getting into 15 games. He saved 23 the next year on an Expos team that struggled to win games. The cap shows definite game use and is in excellent condition. Claude's playing days ended after the 1971 season but he stayed in baseball and later wore this warm up jersey as a coach during the 1996 season. Jersey has bright red and white tackle-twill numbering on both the front and back. Claude signed the "1" on the back with a black fountain pen. There is an Expos patch on the left sleeve along with the Majestic logo. The size (XL) is sewn on the tail next to another Majestic logo. Fantastic overall condition.
