A member of the Czech team at eight World Championships (1987 to 1996), Jiri also represented his country at the 1987 Canada Cup, the 1994 Winter Olympic Games and the 1996 World Cup. Kucera wore this World Championships uniform in the late 1980’s early 1990’s, but most likely at the 1987 Vienna World Championships as AGFA was the sponsor for those Championships. Jiri enjoyed a fine career in Europe’s top leagues for eighteen years, most of them in elite leagues too. Mesh jersey here has an Adidas size XL tag in the neck, a sewn-on Czech team crest and heat-pressed velour-like numbers on the sleeves and back. The ‘’AGFA’’ sponsor patch on the sleeves are sewn-on while Jiri’s surname is individually sewn-on to a nameplate. The sweater exhibits nice game use with numerous board burns/marks on the sleeves as well as numerous slash/hook marks on pretty much everywhere on the jersey. A very nice gamer worn by a player who represented his country, Czechoslovakia, in international competition eleven times over a period of nine years.
