Making the Capitals straight out of junior, left winger Gaetan Duchesne spent his first six seasons with Washington, en route to playing over 1000 NHL games. Gaetan’s snazzy white mesh jersey includes a CCM patch on the rear hem and an extremely scarce and short-lived Capital Centre 10th anniversary patch on the left shoulder, rendering it one of the toughest and desirable Caps’ styles. Untagged jersey with a double-cloth fight strap (not snipped) exhibits lighter game use with two team repairs and a couple of burns/small holes on the front, two repairs and a long stick mark on the left sleeve and a repair on the back hem. Duchesne was 44 and working out when he collapsed and died in April, 2007.
