Two original Turofsky photos lead off this marvelous Maple Leafs lot, and date back to a shot of the 1931-32 squad, the first Leafs team to capture the Stanley Cup. Glossy photo is joined by a shot of jubilant Toronto players jumping over the boards after Bill Barilko's overtime Cup-winner in 1951. It's then on to the 1960s and photos of the '61-62, '62-63 and '63-64 (one beautiful color photo, a similar but slightly different black and white, and a repro of the latter) teams, along with two different '66-67 poses. A 5” by 8” photo picturing the '66-67 team commemorates its Cup victory, while completing things are second generation photos of the '39-40 Leafs in St. Catharines, of the 30th Battery Ball Club wearing Leaf sweaters in 1945, and a yearbook photo of a circa 1920 University of Toronto lacrosse team. All are in EX or better condition.
