From a wonderful time in Maple Leafs’ history and from one of hockey’s most celebrated buildings comes this splendid 15” by 20” black and white photo of the 1962-63 Leafs. The Hall of Fame-laden lineup had plenty of reason to smile, the boys in blue and white securing their second of three consecutive Stanley Cup titles in April of ‘63 following five-game victories over Montreal and Detroit in the playoffs. Eddie Shack’s third period goal proved to be the Cup-winner in Toronto’s 3-1 clinching victory at the Gardens, where this photo once hung. Bower, Horton, Keon, Armstrong, the Big M, Kelly, Stanley, Duff, Pulford - what a team! In EX+ condition and applied to a thin cardboard mat, it’ll look awesome framed and hanging in your Leafs shrine.
