A superb color photograph of the 1957-58 Hull-Ottawa Canadiens and an impressive heavy wood plaque presented to each member of Canada's top junior squad were originally presented to J.C. Tremblay and include the images and names of several notables who would go on to NHL successes with the Montreal Canadiens. Sam Pollock and Scotty Bowman join team captain Ralph Backstrom, Bobby Rousseau and Claude Ruel in the front row, with J.C. and Gilles Tremblay in the second. Also noteworthy in the back row is Claude Richard who, like his famous brother Maurice, wore number 9. Plaque (11-1/2” x 18”) was presented by the cities of Hull and Ottawa while the 10-1/2” by 16” EX+ photo is matted and framed. Nice!
