Known for taking wonderful photographs of wonderful sports venues, Ron Ouellette's incredible repertoire is highlighted by fantastic photos of the "Original Six" era hockey arenas and a photo he clicked during the unforgettable closing ceremonies of the grandest building of them all, the Montreal Forum. Mr. Ouellette has deemed it time to pass along his decades of work to an entrepreneurial heir, so to speak, and thus is offering his entire inventory of photos, laminations and negatives. The Forum, Maple Leaf Gardens, Boston Garden, Detroit's Olympia, Chicago Stadium and Madison Square Garden are here in all their splendor and are accompanied by images of dozens and dozens of other hockey arenas and other sports stadiums. The Original Six buildings are represented in 5" by 7" (dozens of each), 8" by 12" (dozens of each) and 11" by 14" (over a dozen of each) color prints, with big 16" by 20" photos also present, including 20 each of the Forum, MLG, Olympia and Boston Garden, with many of them already matted and framed. There are over (60) laminations measuring 14" by 24" and picturing all six of the famous arenas. And remember, should you ever run out, you'll have the original negatives! Shots of other hockey arenas include the Mount Royal Arena, the "Aud" in Buffalo, Joe Louis Arena, the L.A. Forum, Philly Spectrum, Oakland Coliseum, San Jose Cow Palace, Long Beach Arena, Brendan Byrne Arena, Vancouver Pacific Coliseum, Quebec Colisee, Montreal's Molson Centre, Boston's Fleet Center, Toronto's Air Canada Centre, Arrowhead Pond and still others. Ron also took hundreds of photos inside the Montreal Forum, with possible licensing issues to inquire about with them. During his years of travelling Mr. Ouellette also took equally attractive photos of the likes of Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Tiger Stadium, Veterans Stadium, Wrigley Field, Giants Stadium, the Silverdome, Rose Bowl, L.A. Coliseum and still others too numerous to list. The winning bidder will also be getting the all important negative of the classic Montreal Forum closing ceremonies photo. Mr. Ouellette will be glad to transfer all of his copyrights but however will retain a disc which includes the Forum closing ceremonies shot autographed by 22 living Hall-of-Famers and reserves the right to continue to sell copies of it. Many thanks Ron for all your years of camera-clicking - enjoy your retirement! Serious bidders may call to inquire about this dazzling chance of a lifetime. Please note that the lot is subject to a silent reserve.
