Classic photograph by Montreal's famous Rice Studios captures the 1930-31 Canadiens, the first Habs team to win back-to-back Stanley Cup championship. They did it in exciting come-from-behind fashion too, winning games four and five of the best-of-five final against the BlackHawks. A 4-2 win on home ice tied the series and was followed by a 2-0 clinching victory, also at the Forum, with Howie Morenz's rink-long rush in the third period sealing Chicago's fate, after Johnny Gagnon's goal midway through the second period. Morenz and brother-in-arms Aurele Joliat are standing on each side of legendary goaltender George Hainsworth here, with Gagnon, Leduc, Lepine, Mondou, Larochelle, the Mantha brothers, coach Cecil Hart and Leo Dandurand also beaming proudly. Original photo measures 2''X9'', is in excellent condition and has been professionally matted and framed. Outsanding!
