Two splendid air-knit jerseys here recall how Guy Lafleur ended a 3-1/2 year retirement to prove to himself and the rest of the hockey world that he had indeed retired prematurely in 1984. The Flower first donned a Ranger jersey and then finished up with two seasons with the Nordiques. Both jerseys are size XL CCM jobs with "Official Licensed Jersey" on the tags in the neck and have been autographed on the "1" on the back, Guy adding his number "10". Most everything is sewn-on; the Rangers' "Lafleur" is in individual letters (no nameplate), while a blue tackle twill nameplate is on the Nords shirt. The fleur-de-lis flowers are tackle twill-like and heat- pressed. Both jerseys are like-new and are like....cool!
