Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction - March 2007
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/27/2007
Before earning a permanent spot with the Toronto Maple Leafs and becoming a 50-goal scorer in ‘89-90, Gary Leeman had brief stints in AHL St. Catharines in ‘84-85 and ‘85-86. Gary’s white knit jersey is by Maska with a company tag in the neck, “Maska” embroidered into the rear hem and a groovy embroidered Saints logo on a blue tackle twill maple leaf. Good game use with most of it on the front; it’s littered with black stick marks and includes a one-inch team repair. A good slash mark, burn and red paint transfer are in the “20” region of the left sleeve. Nameplate and fight strap are intact. Scarce jersey of a long-gone AHL team should interest many.
