Fabulous 1969-70 Los Angeles Kings gamer displays at least 10 vintage team repairs. This purple home game-worn jersey measures out to about a size 46 and bears the number 11 that was worn by three Kings players that season. The squared shoulders and the high-positioning of the gold and white double twill numbers sewn on the back are all consistent with 1969-70 Kings gamers. A four-inch vertical repair in the middle of the front tail is among numerous sewing fixes along the hem, along with three team repairs on the left cuff and a pair on the right. Comes with a MeiGray Vintage LOA and Certificate of Registration.
Goodman & Sons tagging sewn inside the hem has frayed on the right end to obscure the last digit of the size tag, and the washing instruction tag is long gone.
Bryan Campbell, Real Lemieux and Gary Croteau all wore No. 11 at some point for the 1969-70 Kings. Campbell appeared in 31 games, Lemieux played 18, and Croteau made three appearances for L.A.
