Despite being short-lived, the Baltimore Stallions CFL franchise was quite successful during their existence, with a Division Championship and Grey Cup won during their 2 seasons in the league. This ring was presented to team member Karl Anthony for their Grey Cup win in 1995. Size 10 ½ with a weight of approx. 42 grams, the ring features an embossed centralized Grey Cup with approximately 75 points diamonds on the tableau, with “Grey Cup Champions 1995” along the perimeter. One shank has “Baltimore Stallions” along with the team’s logo and 1995 record, while the other has another image of the Grey Cup with the date and final score, with “Anthony” above and “3” below. The ring was constructed of 10K yellow gold, as evidenced by the engraving on the inner band.
Majestic in appearance, the ring remains in very good condition, with several small dings and scratches commensurate with its former use. We should also note that Anthony played for Baltimore in 1994 and 1995, where he was named MVP of the 1994 Grey Cup game. According to information found though, he didn't play in the 1995 Grey Cup. Anthony also logged field time with the Calgary Stampeders from 1990 to 1993. Comes with an LOA.
