Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/6/2018
A first round selection of the Edmonton Oilers at the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, Jordan Eberle netted an impressive 76 points during the 2011-12 campaign, his best point-season to date. From that very campaign, we have a 2011-12 Edmonton Oilers retro jersey that was worn by the superstar. With Elite Sportswear labeling and size “56” tagging affixed to the collar, there’s also NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back neckline respectively. Styled with the familiar Oilers team crest with embroidered detailing, the V-neck sweater has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Eberle” across the nameplate in single white twill. A MeiGray patch numbered “I06353” has been affixed to the inside hem near the team patch, and according to their population report, the garment is a "Blue Retro Set 3" example. An LOA from the Oilers will accompany.
Burns are visible over each sleeve, with small resulting holes near each elbow. There are also a few fabric pulls, with light paint transfer present over each sleeve.
