Chosen by NHL Hockey Operations, Nick Foligno of the Columbus Blue Jackets was selected along with Black Hawks phenom Jonathan Toews to captain the opposing teams in the 2015 edition of the popular NHL All-Star Game. Team Toews would get the better of Team Foligno on this day, winning the loosely contested battle 17-12. This Team Toews jersey was worn in the first period by Johnny Gaudreau, and it’s been signed. Size tagging along with screened-on “All-Star” resides inside the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a highly detailed silver twill NHL shield crest, the solid white garment has been accented with slanted dual-colour numbers along with “All-Star”, heat-pressed to the material just over the left breast. The 2015 All-Star Game crest sits over the right shoulder, with a Flames patch in matching two-tone black residing over the left. There is also a small slit/cut through the first layer of fabric just above the collar label, with this being a common trait with other jerseys from this set. With no discernible wear other than marks on the chest, collar and left sleeve, the sweater remains in stunning condition. Gaudreau has added a signature to the “3” on verso, and it blends into the background somewhat. A MeiGray patch numbered L09046 sits on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White - Period 1 & Draft Night / PHPA Set" example. An LOA from the NHLPA will accompany.
