This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
HOF center Joe Sakic’s bold autograph in fine black marker sits on the “9” on the back of his signed 2004 World Cup of Hockey Team Canada game-worn pre-tournament jersey. Sakic’s vintage-style black jersey with a white twill “A” sewn on the left breast has the IIHF patch sewn on the right rear tail, and Nike size 54 and IIHF tagging and a Made in Canada flag tag in the back of the tie-neck collar. Game wear includes a couple of light black marks on the right front tail, light marks on the back of the left sleeve, and a small board burn on the right sleeve cuff. Comes with a Hockey Canada LOA that states the jersey was worn during a pre-tournament game against Slovakia in Ottawa on August 28.
