One of hockey’s greatest left wingers, Dave Andreychuk is also the NHL’s all-time leader in power-play goals. This Buffalo Sabres jersey was worn by Andreychuk in the 1992 Playoffs, and it’s been photo-matched. Maska Ultrafil tagging and a size 54 fly tag rest along the collar, with additional CCM and NHL patches on the bottom hem. Completely styled with attractive dual-colour tackle twill numbers and alternate’s “A”, the jersey also features the NHL’s 75th anniversary patch over the right breast. Nice game-use is exhibited on the garment, with numerous marks on the lower front and both sleeves. There are also a few spots of light staining. A pair of LOA’s will accompany this Playoff jersey.
As mentioned, this sweater has been photo-matched. Getty image #223319 from April 29th 1992 (division semifinals game #6 vs Boston) has been matched to the pattern of black marks on the right of the 5 on the right sleeve, as well as to the upper black mark at the left of the 2 on the left sleeve. An additional photo-match, the image from a 1992-93 Score hockey card has been matched to the three black marks along with the small hole on the lower front of the jersey.
